Hosting a Latino Service Providers Meeting

Hosting a LSP Meeting:  Hosting a meeting will introduce others to your agency location and will provide you with a means to highlight your programs. Please keep your highlight presentation to one half (1/2) hour to allow time for sharing (11:40 to 12:10pm). If someone directly requests time to share at your meeting and you agree, then you must give up some of your ½ hr, otherwise advise them that they can share for 1-3 minutes during the networking hour like everyone else. Refreshments are optional but welcomed.

Email Flyer system for Hosts:

We ask that you develop your own flyer which is then sent via email to approximately 430 LSP members, (saving on mailing costs). Send the flyer in Word format to wtapia@latinoserviceproviders.org by the first week of the month.

The Host or the LSP chair/co chairs will conduct the meeting. Usual attendance is between 20-50. Please provide enough flyers, brochures, or business cards for attendees and a table for these resources.

You will be provided with sample flyers, the LSP logo & text (required on flyer), host information sheet, website application form and sign-in sheets. Please print three (3) sign-in sheets, five (5) website application forms, 20 information sheets and distribute at the meeting. For database updating purposes, please give the completed sign-in sheets and website forms to the LSP representative or send to:
